Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the products show no signs of use. Include a copy of the invoice or the return authorization code inside.

Send the package back to our central warehouse using a courier of your choice or drop it off at any designated Maxi-Pet retail location for a faster processing time.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 10 business days.
